I was always a bit sceptical about therapy thinking it all a bit self indulgent, but after a prolonged period of stress I decided to give it a go. I am so pleased that I chose Claire. Her therapy room is very relaxing, peaceful and private. Her friendly, warm, compassionate and calm demeanour so helped me to open up to the challenges I had been facing.
She has helped me to be much kinder to myself and work through the thoughts. She quickly made an assessment of my personality type and what makes me tick and this has helped her to guide me in the right way. Obviously she cannot fix all of my troubles but she certainly helped me to explore them more fully and fairly. This is what I needed. Now I feel better about my ability to cope and I can see light at the end of the tunnel. My life and future now feels brighter.
